What is happening!

Paul Maidment, is a strange and some say interesting guy from Woking! However his church recently arranged for him to be deported to South Africa despite fears by some of causing a diplomatic incident that might be caused by the sending such a man to such a poor unsuspecting country.

Initially the news was greeted by many with comments such as 'God is good' and 'Praise Be', enthusiasm in the congregation was dampened slightly when it was found that he would be returning after only three weeks.

And so it was that many of the good and kindly have donated money for his flight and accommodation. (There was less concern for the latter)

It has been deemed prudent that he should keep his friends and sponsors up to date with what he is up to during his exile so that prayer cover can be maintained (primarily for the wonderful people of South Africa).
Thus this little site has been created to act as a 'repeater' of phone texts from 'Our Man In The South'

Jokes aside, prayer cover is important on any outreach, so please pray for Paul especially at this time.
